Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience in Project Management and Digital Business Operation-BPO. The ideal candidate will manage projects in a hybrid work model ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.Provide clear direction and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing updates on project status risks and issues.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives.Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Project Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Should have strong domain knowledge in Digital Business Operation-BPO.Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Should have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Must be proficient in project management tools and methodologies.Should have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have a strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.Should have the ability to lead and motivate project teams.Must be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.Should have experience in stakeholder management and client communication.Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
