Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Retail - COE and a strong understanding of Core Commerce. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment. The candidate will work primarily during the day shift and will not be required to travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely and successful delivery of Oracle Retail
  • COE projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution including scope schedule and budget management.
  • Provide clear direction and support to project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage project documentation including project plans status reports and change requests.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
  • Utilize technical expertise in Oracle Retail
  • COE to provide guidance and support to project teams.
  • Leverage domain knowledge in Core Commerce to enhance project outcomes and deliver value to the business.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on Oracle Retail
  • COE.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Core Commerce and its application in retail projects.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.
  • Show a track record of successful project delivery within scope time and budget constraints.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
