Project Manager Clinical Trials

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Clinical Trials to lead and oversee end-to-end clinical research projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

• Lead full lifecycle management of clinical trials (Phase IIV)
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Medical Writing, QA)
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to senior leadership
• Manage vendor and site performance
• Ensure timely delivery of study milestones and high-quality outputs
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
• 58+ years of experience in Clinical Research
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Manager in a CRO environment is must.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Budget management and financial oversight experience preferred
