Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for civil construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.)
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor project progress and resolve issues to avoid delays
Ensure adherence to safety standards and local building codes
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Manage procurement and resource allocation
Oversee contract negotiations and documentation
