Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee end-to-end project management for real estate developments. The role involves planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects while ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and site engineers, with periodic site visits to ensure alignment with project plans.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the central point of coordination between architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Collaborate with site engineers to ensure smooth on-ground execution
• Facilitate regular project review meetings and status updates

Site Monitoring

• Conduct periodic site visits to review progress, quality, and safety standards
• Ensure construction activities align with approved drawings and specifications
• Address on-site challenges and escalate critical issues when required

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory norms, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
• Review and validate technical drawings, BOQs, and vendor deliverables

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of work
• Track performance and resolve operational bottlenecks

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 510 years of experience in project management within real estate or construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and site execution
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including consultants and contractors
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for site visits as required
