We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end interior fit-out projects for restaurant formats, managing multiple sites across Karnataka and Kerala. This is a senior, execution-focused role with complete ownership from design coordination to project handover and close-out.

Location: Bangalore (handling Karnataka & Kerala projects)

Reporting to: Head Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interior & fit-out projects from kickoff to final handover
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously across Karnataka & Kerala
• Coordinate with BD, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Prepare and track project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and execution excellence
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery as per milestones
• Manage rate finalisation, billing, certifications, and client approvals
• Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution
• Ensure scope control, contractual adherence, and statutory approvals
• Lead, mentor, and manage site engineers, supervisors, and project teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in restaurant / QSR interior fit-out projects
• Proven capability in multi-site project execution
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Hands-on exposure to budgeting, BOQs, billing, and project controls
