This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Civil located in Gwalior. The Project Manager will oversee all stages of civil infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and on-site execution. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, monitor project progress, and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, the Project Manager will effectively communicate project updates and maintain quality and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Management tools and methodologies for effective planning, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and Infrastructure development, with a proven ability to apply technical expertise to ensure project success.
• Experience and capability in Budgeting and financial management to oversee and control project costs effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, ensuring consistent adherence to standards and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; advanced certifications in Project Management are a plus.
• Prior experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
