Job Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of Enterprise Data Center projects in an e-governance and public-sector environment. The role involves planning, coordination, budgeting, risk management, and timely delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with government compliance, security standards, SLAs, and CMMI Level 5 processes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Certifications Preferred:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2
• ITIL Certification
• CMMI-related Project Management Certification

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with strong exposure to Data Center / Infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Enterprise or Government Data Center projects
• Experience working with government stakeholders, system integrators, and public sector compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of CMMI Level 5 project management processes

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of Enterprise Data Center projects ensuring compliance with government and security standards
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, system integrators, and government stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Prepare project plans, timelines, scopes, and deliverables as per RFP/PO requirements
• Track project progress using standard tools and provide regular updates to senior management and government officials
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Manage procurement coordination, vendor engagement, and compliance documentation as per public sector norms
• Maintain detailed, auditable project documentation suitable for government and CMMI audits
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, uptime requirements, and Data Center operational benchmarks
