Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GIT AWS GenAI Basics Spring Boot Java 8 and Core Java. Experience in Finance & Accounting or Devices is a plus. This role involves managing projects to drive innovation and efficiency contributing to our companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Oversee the execution of projects maintaining timelines and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions when necessary.Utilize GIT for version control ensuring code integrity and collaboration among developers.Leverage AWS to deploy and manage scalable cloud-based applications.Apply GenAI Basics to enhance project outcomes with innovative AI-driven solutions.Develop and maintain applications using Spring Boot ensuring high performance and reliability.Implement Java 8 and Core Java best practices to optimize code quality and efficiency.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.Identify and mitigate risks ensuring project success and minimizing potential disruptions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing project delivery processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in GIT AWS GenAI Basics Spring Boot Java 8 and Core Java.Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting or Devices domains is advantageous.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Show proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.Display strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
