This role demands strong stakeholder management, governance experience, and delivery ownership across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Partner with Engineering, Business & Operations teams
• Manage governance forums and senior leadership reporting (SteerCo, status reporting)
• Identify, escalate and mitigate project risks
• Remove program-level impediments
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution
• Manage scope, risks, issues and stakeholder communication effectively

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Project / Program Management / Business Analysis
• Proven track record of delivery in cross-functional environments
• Expertise in:
• Project scope definition
• Risk & issue management
• Status reporting & governance
• UAT coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders

Capital Markets Domain Experience Highly Important

Candidates must have exposure to Capital Markets / Financial Services domain, including knowledge of:

• Equity
• Fixed Income
• Listed Derivatives
• Commodities
• Credit Derivatives
• Foreign Exchange (FX)
• Loans
• Futures & Options

Experience in:

• Target Operating Model changes
• Platform convergence
• New Product / New Market Launches
• Workflow creation & enhancements
• Cost & efficiency transformation projects

Preferred Tools & Knowledge

• JIRA & JIRA Portfolio
• Automated testing tools & frameworks
• Financial services products & processes knowledge

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office Mandatory)
