Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Strategy & Program Leader with over two decades of experience in the Aerospace domain, including extensive exposure to Airbus programs. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, enhance customer relationships, and support business development efforts to enable organizational growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning , long-term roadmap creation, and alignment with organizational and customer objectives.
• Oversee endtoend project management across engineering, manufacturing, and digital transformation programs.
• Strengthen customer management through proactive engagement, performance reviews, and sustained relationship building with Airbus stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives, including opportunity identification, proposal leadership, and partnership development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of aerospace programs in accordance with Airbus processes and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and operational excellence across strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 20+ years of experience in Aerospace , including substantial Airbus program exposure (e.g., A320, A350, A380, MRO, engineering services, digital projects).
• Strong experience in strategic planning , program/project management , and customer relationship management .
• Proven success in business development , account growth, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and crossfunctional team management abilities.
• Deep understanding of aerospace engineering processes, certification requirements, and OEM expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, or related fields.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience working with multicultural teams across global Airbus locations
