Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our growing IT team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing application development projects, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end application development projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
• Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
• Ensure quality deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT/application development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be ready to work from the office in Pune.

Good to Have:

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent).
• German language proficiency.
• Experience working with international clients.
