Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead civil and interior fit-out projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery across scope, time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets

Lead site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements

Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals

Review BOQs, billing, variations, and final accounts

Drive accountability, transparency, and excellence across project teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in civil & interior fit-out project management

Excellent planning, coordination, and cost-control skills

Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Detail-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills
