Project Manager

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Microsoft client engagements
• Act as the primary interface between Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams
• Own project planning, execution, delivery, and governance
• Drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and change requests proactively
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft delivery standards, compliance, and reporting
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, support, etc.)
• Mentor team members and drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of overall experience in Project Management / Delivery Leadership
• Mandatory: Prior experience working with Microsoft as a client
• Strong understanding of Microsoft engagement models, governance, and delivery processes
• Proven experience managing large, enterprise-scale IT / digital projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Strong command over Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
• Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, etc.
• Ability to work onsite from Noida
