Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Project Manager - Brand, Content & Operations at Purusartha Works Pvt. Ltd. The role involves end-to-end project management, overseeing timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations. Key responsibilities include expediting workflows, managing inspection processes, handling logistics, and ensuring the timely execution of all branding and content operations. Collaboration with creative and operational teams to deliver outstanding results for clients will be integral to the role.


You will manage 56 active brand accounts and be fully accountable for :


Platform-specific content strategy

Monthly content strategy & calendar planning

Conversion-focused copywriting

LinkedIn content management for brands

Paid ad strategy, publishing & optimisation

Platform-accurate posting & scheduling

Client communication & approval cycles

Monthly performance reporting


You will work directly with the founder and internal creative team.


Core Responsibilities


1. Content & Brand Strategy

  • Create structured monthly calendars before month start and get them approved by the clients
  • Develop content themes aligned to business goals
  • Maintain clear tone differentiation across brands
  • Draft high-quality, conversion-focused copy


2. Paid Advertising (Full Ownership)

  • Define campaign objectives & audience targeting
  • Write ad copy variations
  • Publish campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
  • Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions
  • Optimise campaigns weekly
  • Present structured performance insights


3. Posting & Execution Discipline

  • Ensure platform-accurate formatting
  • Schedule posts across platforms
  • Ensure zero publishing errors
  • Maintain brand consistency


4. Client & Operational Accountability

  • Collect structured briefs
  • Conduct review calls
  • Coordinate approval cycles
  • Manage client expectations
  • Maintain professional documentation
  • Flag risks before escalation


5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Deliver monthly reports before the 5th
  • Track engagement, reach, conversions
  • Present performance summaries clearly
  • Maintain internal trackers
  • Monitor deliverable count per brand


6. E-commerce & Website Management

  • Upload and update products on WordPress/WooCommerce
  • Update pricing, stock, banners
  • Maintain landing page content
  • Coordinate asset updates with designers


7. Internal Coordination & Process Discipline

  • Coordinate with designers and editors
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized file structures
  • Improve workflow efficiency
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest solutions
