boAts NPI (New Product Introduction) team powers the conceptualization, design, engineering, and launch of Indias No. 1 earwear & audio products from TWS and neckbands to soundbars, speakers, and home audio systems.We are expanding our team and are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex product programs in a fast-paced, innovation-first environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of project managers across audio & wearables categories.
• Drive end-to-end NPI project execution from concept to launch ensuring timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost targets are met.
• Own and manage the launch calendar across a wide product portfolio.
• Institutionalize agile, best-in-class project management practices and continuously improve processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations , and external ODM/supplier partners.
• Oversee roadmap planning, development tracking, qualification phases, and market-ready readiness for multiple monthly launches.

Experience & Skills Required

• 710 years of experience in project/program management for hardware/software consumer products (audio, wearables, electronics, mobiles, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Lean PM tools , and structured delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with China ODMs and consumer electronics supplier ecosystem.
• Engineering background (B.Tech / M.Tech ) is a must.
• Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with proven ability to manage high-volume product roadmaps.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in audio/hearables is an added advantage.
