Project Manager

Blue Spire is looking for an AWS Connect Engineer with Project Management experience to deliver large-scale cloud contact center migration and modernization projects for BFSI clients. This role combines hands-on Amazon Connect engineering with end-to-end project delivery ownership , stakeholder coordination, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and migrate Contact Center solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex
• Lead Cisco-to-AWS Connect and similar migration initiatives
• Manage project delivery: scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, infra, and business teams
• Drive integrations with AWS services, CRM, and enterprise systems
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure operational excellence

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (IVR, call flows, routing, CTI)
• Experience in AWS Connect migration projects
• AWS Lambda , API Gateway , DynamoDB , S3 , CloudWatch , IAM
• REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Project delivery ownership in cloud or contact center programs
• Stakeholder management and Agile / Scrum delivery experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Exposure to BFSI / enterprise-scale environments

Good-to-Have Skills

• Amazon Lex , conversational AI, Contact Lens
• DevOps & CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Frontend exposure (React / Angular)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation / Terraform)
• AWS / PMP / Agile certifications
