• Overall 14+ years of experience
• Good Experience in handling SLA based Support Projects
• Manage relationship with the Client and all the stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Experience in planning, developing, deploying and supporting project deliverables
• Experience in creating detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Good knowledge of SDLC
• Experience in defining of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Experience in Project Risk Management and Risk Mitigation
• Status reporting to Customer and internal Stakeholders

Good to have:

• PMP Certification
