Project Manager

Role Summary

Responsible for optimizing SAP system performance, reducing storage costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective data archiving within the SAP landscape. Leads global teams and manages complex SAP programs end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global, cross-functional SAP project teams
• Manage projects from intake through closure
• Own scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management
• Ensure compliance with corporate, IT, and regulatory standards
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level governance
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs
• Manage project financials and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Technical Skills

• SAP Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)
• SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA landscape knowledge
• Data management, historical data archiving, and system performance optimization
• Regulatory compliance and system validation in enterprise environments
• Understanding of SAP data migration and governance concepts

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management (SAP environment preferred)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
