Project Manager and Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities

oAct as the primary customer-facing program/product point of contact, ensuring clear communication of delivery plans, priorities, milestones, and progress.

oCreate delivery plans aligned with the Delivery Methodology, track milestones, identify risks early, and ensure on-time delivery with high customer satisfaction.

oManage customer expectations while balancing delivery commitments and product roadmap priorities, ensuring outcomes without overburdening the core product team.

oWork closely with customers, product management, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable features, user stories, and prioritized backlog items.

oFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

oTrack sprint commitments, monitor execution progress, and proactively remove impediments to enable smooth feature delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to drive end-to-end feature delivery timelines.

Desired Profile

oStrong customer engagement and stakeholder management experience.

oMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Project Management / Delivery / Scrum Master roles.

oExperience working with Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

oSolid background with hands-on exposure to any one of the following domains: CRM, Billing, ERP, BSS, CPQ, Contract Mgmt

oExperience working on enterprise-scale applications and customer-driven delivery environments.
