This role supports the AI and Transformation program management across Finance and Global Technology and Enterprise Solutions. The Project Manager may be assigned to one or more projects related to implementation of AI across finance processes, the planning and deployment of new platform features/business processes, as well as transformation programs. The role has accountability for project planning and project execution to help efficiently deliver our AI strategy, systems roadmap, and transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• Define & maintain project plans for AI implementation, transformation initiatives, and new platform deployments across finance processes, including milestones, schedules, and timely task completion.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, rollout plans & phases – including pilots. Translate technical requirements into business terms.
• Document and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure successful deployment of AI solutions, transformation programs, and new platforms.
• Manage communication plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. 
• Analyze stakeholders and manage expectations across multiple levels.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure project alignment on scope and timelines.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and represent project status in steering committees.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks/obstacles to project success.
• Coordinate project meetings, distribute notes/action items, and drive accountability.

• Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Adapt seamlessly to changing priorities, making project adjustments promptly.
• Build relationships with decision makers to ensure sponsor and end-user satisfaction.
 

What We’re Looking For 

• Project Management Certification or equivalent, 4-7 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of finance processes and systems.
• Proven ability in a complex, global, and changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage across multiple levels.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Fast learner able to adapt and prioritize effectively.
