Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to lead and manage the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and proven project management skills, enabling them to oversee and drive the project from inception through completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved within budget and on schedule.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
• Serves as a gatekeeper between Application (Dev, Automation, QA) teams and Business teams to provide handoff from Development to Production
• Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements, and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Foster positive client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership:

• Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Manage, coach, and mentor team members to maximize their performance.
• Provide regular progress updates to business stakeholders and technology leadership
• Stay current on advancements in Azure cloud landscape and influence adoption across enterprise

Dynamics 365 F&O Expertise:

• Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including core modules and functionalities.
• Provide guidance on best practices and recommendations for system configurations and customizations.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with Agile processes and best practices
• Document to track, manage and mitigate risks and issues for compliance and audits
• Utilize Agile tools to track and manage SDLC phase progress

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, change requests, and other project-related records.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Be part of a team of collaborators focusing on internal and external client satisfaction, efficiency, and flawless execution in the OLA's and SLA's we have with other internal teams and vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or equivalent). Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• PMI or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sure Step methodology is a plus.
