Job Location : Trivandrum \ Pune
Experiences : 8 + years
- Candidates with Project Manager experience
- Drive IT transformation initiatives by leading planning, execution, governance, and progress tracking across global and local teams.
- Develop and standardize frameworks, templates, and processes to ensure consistent delivery quality.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, Tribe Leads, and delivery teams to align objectives and ensure smooth rollout.
- Manage project operations, including workshops, timelines, risks/issues, reporting, budgets, and resource planning.
- Promote Agile practices, communication, and continuous improvement, supporting change management and knowledge sharing throughout the transformation journey.
