Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in shoring/piling works, RCC structures, and finishing activities, with proven capability to manage timelines, quality, cost, and safety while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and deliver residential projects as per approved drawings, specifications, budget, and timelines
• Manage end-to-end construction activities including shoring/piling (shore piling/sheet piling), RCC works, and finishing
• Prepare project schedules, construction methodologies, and resource plans

Technical & Site Management

• Supervise and monitor shoring/piling operations, excavation support systems, and foundation works
• Ensure proper execution of RCC works including foundations, columns, slabs, shear walls, and staircases
• Oversee all finishing works such as masonry, plastering, flooring, joinery, painting, waterproofing, and MEP coordination
• Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQs, specifications, and statutory requirements

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to senior management
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications
• Implement QA/QC procedures and safety management systems at site
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, labor laws, and environmental regulations

Cost & Reporting

• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage variations
• Review contractor bills, measurements, and certifications
• Prepare regular progress reports, MIS, and risk assessments

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of shoring/piling, RCC design & execution, and finishing works
• Excellent project planning and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred, not mandatory)
