The Role

Are you ready to lead projects that matter? As a Project Manager in Customer Success, youll sit at the intersection of advanced analytics, cutting-edge AI, GIS strategy, and boots-on-the-ground execution. Youll orchestrate complex, high-impact projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers - and for the planet.

This isnt just any PM role. Youll be working alongside the best and brightest- former utility engineers, climate scientists, data analysts, and consultantson projects that secure tomorrows infrastructure by delivering real results today. This is your chance to make your mark on something much bigger than a spreadsheet.

How youll make an impact:

• Partner with our customers some of the most sophisticated utility, energy, and infrastructure leaders in the worldto understand their toughest business problems and design data-driven solutions
• Lead complex, cross-functional engagements spanning satellite data, AI models, and geospatial strategy to ensure customer success at every phase
• Translate massive datasets into meaningful insights, collaborating with GIS, data science, and engineering teams to deliver real-world outcomes
• Guide customers through large-scale SaaS implementations that drive operational change, sustainability wins, and cost efficiencies
• Manage and mentor a team of high-caliber APMs and analystsraising the bar for execution, clarity, and client impact
• Continuously identify repeatable solutions that scale, working with Product and Engineering to turn field learnings into platform power

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in top-tier analytics consulting, strategy, or operations roles, ideally with exposure to utilities, climate tech, infrastructure, or SaaS
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skillsespecially with senior executives at large enterprises
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including solutioning, timelines, budgets, and cross-team collaboration
• Curiosity and drive to dive deep into AI, geospatial, and sustainability topicseven if you havent worked in them before
• Exceptional communication skillsable to turn complexity into clarity and data into action.
• MBA or equivalent from a Tier I institution is a plus, but not a must
