Project Manager

18 Pixels is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client handling, task coordination, and daily project tracking, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

• Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to closure
• Handle client communication, understand requirements, and provide regular updates
• Create and manage task plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Track daily project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and report them proactively
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers
• Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Project Management or similar role
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
• Experience in client handling and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Hands-on experience with daily project tracking and reporting
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or project management tools is a plus
