Project Manager - Delivery Readiness Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Delivery Readiness Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HPE's services portfolio, a comprehensive knowledge of our support structure, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

How you will make your mark:

• Stakeholder Relationship - Working with portfolio stakeholders on detailed definitions of each requirement for new Services and Products and actionable data to size the workload impact on GSR delivery teams.

• Collaborating with GSR - Collaborating with local GSR Operational SMEs in Hubs and Geographies to refine new portfolio requirements. Creating the GRS delivery strategies and driving GSR readiness activities for new portfolio services and offers.

• Cross-Departmental Learning: Exhibit a strong desire to independently understand the operations of various departments within HPE.

• HPE Services Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the HPE services portfolio and our support structure, including team roles, responsibilities, and reporting hierarchies.

• Technical Knowledge: Leverage a wide breadth of technology knowledge to drive program success and innovation.

• Global Flexibility: Ensure availability to work flexible hours globally, adapting to changing daily schedules.

• Assertive Leadership: Confidently articulate and drive requirements, comfortably pushing back when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Internal Networking: Utilize an extensive network within HPE to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive initiatives forward.

• Systems and Tools Proficiency: Maintain a strong understanding of HPE systems and tools, including S4, SFDC, BRIM, SC, and GLP.

• Project Leadership: Confidently take on complex projects and initiatives, such as Service and Product introduction and integrations, and manage them to successful completion.

• Decision Making: Make informed, confident decisions that align with our processes and requirements, demonstrating excellent judgment and strategic thinking.

• Multi-Project Management: Oversea multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of objectives.
