Job Title: Project Manager Accessibility Testing (WCAG)

Location : Mumbai (Open to Relocation)

Experience: 15+ Years (10+ years Relevant in Accessibility Testing)

Notice Period: Immediate / Zero Notice Period Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Accessibility Testing with strong expertise in WCAG standards to lead and manage multiple accessibility testing engagements across web, mobile, and document platforms. The role involves managing projects, teams, stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery of accessibility compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple accessibility testing projects end-to-end
• Act as SME for Accessibility Testing against WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 standards
• Manage resource allocation, project planning, tracking, and delivery
• Drive web, mobile, and PDF/document accessibility testing initiatives
• Review accessibility audit reports and ensure quality and compliance
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Define testing strategy, scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and best practices
• Mentor and guide accessibility testing teams

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Accessibility Testing
• Strong hands-on knowledge of WCAG standards
• Experience in Web, Mobile & PDF Accessibility Testing
• Must be Certified in Accessibility Testing (IAAP, CPACC, WAS, etc.)
• Strong experience in Project & Resource Management
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Experience working with global clients or large programs
• Knowledge of accessibility tools like JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, Axe, WAVE, etc.
• Experience in pre-sales, estimations, or solutioning for accessibility projects
