Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Marketing:

Manage sales in Private & Government Departments (Municipal Corporations,

CPWD, NHAI, NTPC, Railways, etc.).

Drive sales through consultants, contractors, and distributors in the region.


2. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, and authorities.

Conduct technical presentations addressing product suitability, applications,

and queries.


3. Business Development:

Expand distributor base and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitiveness.


4. Technical Focus:

Promote technical-based selling with a focus on creating a strong specification

bank.

Ensure product awareness and alignment with fast-moving innovations.


Additional Skills:
