About the Role:
 

Looking for an individual to Plan and Lead BMS System Integration activities across US Geography with good hands-on experience of any BMS Controls (Tridium Niagara, Schneider, Honeywell, Trane, Novar, etc) along with stake holder management and project management activates including project planning, risk management and taking care of complete project delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Controls Technical Solutioning

• Lead the planning, architecture and implementation of BMS System controls for HVAC and Lighting, Monitoring & Guiding System Integration team

• Develop standard templates, SOPs etc required for commissioning of BMS system in large scale.

• Act as technical SME for team, vendors and customers and ensure smooth go live.

• Maintain and exceed different KPIs for the system integration vertical for different geos

• Sales and Presales - Planning and implementation of SI solutions for pilot projects: Work with Sales and Presales team to implement the already developed BMS solutions for pilot customers

• Team Co-ordination, Client Connect and Reporting

• Should be experienced in Controls System Integration, Control Programs Deployment, Electrical and Control Architecture

• Should have worked in multiple Control Solutions including but not limited to Tridium, Schneider, Honeywell, Trane, Novar, etc.

• Proficient with Tridium Stack solution including hardware, software and licensing

• Awareness of interlock of Electrical and Energy Management System with IT Architecture is a plus.

• Customer management and Customer Engagement skills preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of overall work experience in Energy Management System Integration, implementation of various BMS architecture on field.

• Retail Industry setup of Tridium, Novar, Siemens, Trane, Schneider, etc. based solutions

• Should have high level understanding of Project Management aspects

• Should be able to directly interact with customer

• Effectively manage team of at least 10 system integration control engineers.

• Instrumentation, Controls in a building management scenario

• Excellent planning and implementation skills

• Good written and oral communication skills.
