Job Title: Project Management ( Investment Banking background)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 10 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

-Act as Project SPOC for ISPL COE platform offshoring/Application Deployment initiatives.

-Conduct project governance meetings (OPCO) and provide inputs for Steering Committee meetings.

-Perform operational assessment of activity transfers by coordinating with onshore and ISPL COE SME teams.

-Coordinate with onshore teams, ISPL COE, and cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

-Plan and manage project timelines within agreed budgets.

-Track and manage project risks and issues; escalate blocking points when necessary.

-Participate in risk assessment, SLA setup, and other offshoring prerequisites.

-Monitor new SLA execution and manage existing SLA amendments within ISPL COE.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

-Execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to identify defects.

-Log system defects in tracking tools with detailed descriptions.

-Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution.

-Collaborate with development, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize testing activities.

-Analyze and optimize AR processes including invoicing, payment processing, and credit management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

-Strong experience in Project Management , Transition Management & Accounts Payable

-Excellent Stakeholder Management skills

-Experience in SLA setup, governance, and risk management
