Project Management Trainee

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Management Intern who can lead a small team of interns and ensure that project milestones are delivered on time. The candidate will work closely with the technical team and help coordinate development activities across different modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of interns working on development tasks
• Assign tasks and track daily progress of team members
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time
• Communicate requirements between technical team and management
• Maintain task tracking using tools like Excel, Trello, or similar platforms
• Identify blockers and help resolve issues quickly
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress

Required Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Familiarity with project management tools (Excel, Trello, Notion, Jira, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of software development (Java, Spring Boot, React, or similar technologies)
• Previous experience in team coordination or project management
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
