The Governance, Risk & Compliance Services practice assists companies and public sector bodies to mitigate risk, improve performance and create value.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst/ PMO to support Wealth Management initiatives, with a strong focus on Target Operating Models (TOM), client onboarding, product lifecycle management, and technology-enabled transformation. The role partners closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to drive successful delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Wealth Management, supporting initiatives across products, client servicing, onboarding, and operational processes.
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, ensuring alignment with regulatory, tax, and operational requirements.
• Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and onboarding to implementation, change, and decommissioning.
• Document entity-specific tax obligations and incorporate regulatory considerations into business processes and operating models.
• Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs), ensuring clarity for technology and delivery teams.
• Contribute to NEPAL BPC drafting, as well as Policies & Procedures creation and updates, from a business operationalization perspective.
• Work closely with technology teams, including architects, developers, and testers, to deliver complex solutions across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies.
• Manage requirements gathering, traceability, delivery coordination, and UAT/testing activities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, adapting messaging to suit business, operational, and technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong and demonstrable understanding of the Wealth Management landscape, including client onboarding, products, and operational processes.
• Proven experience delivering Target Operating Models (TOMs) and supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis, particularly in documenting BRDs and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience working across multi-location and cross-functional teams, including close collaboration with technology delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior management.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs across documentation, testing, and delivery activities.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working on or alongside the Avaloq platform.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Online Trading Platforms.
• Prior experience in Wealth Management transformation, onboarding optimization, or regulatory change initiatives.
