Role Summary

We're looking for a self-starter and go-getter who can keep PMO operations running smoothly, support leadership with sharp reporting, and coordinate seamlessly across teamsall with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day PMO operations and maintain delivery visibility across teams
• Build leadership dashboards, executive decks, and operational reports with high accuracy
• Coordinate with delivery, finance, and HR teams to gather updates and flag risks
• Manage trackers for headcount, resource utilization, billing inputs, and KPIs
• Support business reviews by consolidating data and surfacing key insights
• Organize leadership meetings, capture MoMs, and follow up on action items
• Spot process gaps and proactively drive improvements

What We're Looking For

• 34 years of experience strictly in the IT Services industry
• Strong MS Office skills Excel, PowerPoint (will be evaluated in-office)
• Sharp business acumen with the ability to connect dots across functions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and figures things out independently
