Project Management - Executive / Sr. Executive (M/F/D)

Assist the Project Managers or the Site Project Manager/Director in order to ensure scheduling and scheduling tool deployment, such as:

• Take over some PM specific tasks related to Scheduling and set-up related work products 

• Could take lead on customer communication for project planning issues

• Train, coach and support PMs and PTMs to establish mature PM practices (e.g. Scheduling activity (L1 and L2))

• Deploy L1/L2 best practices or Group Templates / standards included in PMO training

• Ensure that L1/L2 are supported by appropriate resources / competences to meet plan done by team

• Ensure robust link between L1/L2 function to avoid coordination issue or missing information to reach milestones

• Support operational teams and ensure follow-up and resolution of identified improvement on schedules 

• Support operational teams to set up scheduling routine review within current Project reviews 

• Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones

• Escalate gaps versus targets on above tasks to Department QRQC or PA to get PSC support if Project team is not able to tackle issues at their level

• Must be able to support link with resources management functionalities

• must comply and deploy action plan to meet PMO community objectives in phase with Group strategy ensuring reporting & target achievement
