Area(s) of responsibility

Experience: 10-13 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Platform & Integration Management

Set up and manage automation platforms including Digital Store, SSO, and JIRA/ServiceNow integrations.
Ensure secure and scalable architecture for automation nodes across Windows/Linux environments.

Performance & Reporting

Monitor automation impact on ticket volumes, resolution times, and service quality.
Generate actionable insights and reports for stakeholders using Power BI and other analytics tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT Automation and ITSM platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow).
Hands-on expertise in RPA tools, Power Automate, Azure ADF, and Databricks.
Strong understanding of incident management, change management, and problem resolution workflows.
Experience with GenAI tools like Copilot for Power BI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITILv4 Certification.
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Office 365, Zoom, Five9, and SharePoint Online.
