Responsibility:

• Lead and manage internal and external audits, including SOX, and corporate audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, evidence collection, and issue resolution.
• Design and implement risk management strategies, including ITGC testing, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to safeguard organizational assets.

• Develop and maintain compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements such as SOX

• Collaborate with control owners and project managers to ensure timely closure of audit findings and process exceptions.
• Deliver training programs on compliance, risk management, and internal controls to enhance organizational awareness and accountability.
• Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve compliance tracking.
