Project Lead – SRAM Compiler Design

Job role:

You will lead the full lifecycle of SRAM compiler developmentfrom architecture and custom memory design to layout, characterization, and complete verification. This role demands deep technical authority and steady project leadership.

Responsibilities:

Full-custom memory design, architecture, and characterization

Layout design, net-listing, and end-to-end verification (design + layout)

Execution Plan, Quality Plan, DFMEA, and project-health reporting

Risk identification, mitigation planning, and delivery governance

Collaboration and mentoring across design, verification, and layout teams

Qualifications:

MTech/BTech in ECE or related field

10+ years in SRAM compiler design

Strong hands-on experience in custom memory, architecture, and physical verification
