Schedule Tracking and Delay Log, update Baseline, if required.

Delay analysis and steps to mitigate delays

Earned Value & S- Curve

Budget Vs Actual & Cost to Complete

MIS- DPR, WPR, Monthly Report on Physical % completion etc.

Digital tools appropriate for the Project MIS

Periodic site meeting for progress and issue MOM

Risk Identification, Risk analysis & Risk mitigation

Change Management
