Job location : Bangalore, Noida, Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle patentability/invalidation/FTO searches
Efficiently handling multiple projects with tight deadlines, managing deliverables, resources, and timelines
Reviewing juniors work, and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Should mentor and train junior searchers
Should form and develop team of skilled searchers
Ability to manage a range of projects from proposal stage to successful project completion
Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
Team management experience with the ability to manage and motivate project teams
Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed
Ensure excellent coordination / communication between all stakeholders

Requirements

Technical Qualifications:

Bachelors/masters in engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in IPR, Patent Law

Experience: 6-10 years

Should be an expert in all types of patent searches and landscape studies
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven working experience in a similar role in an organization
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills
Team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently and proactively
Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency with MS Office suite, G-suite
