Responsibilities
- Overall experience should be 8 to 12 years.
- Need to manage team size of 10 to 15 engineers.
- Need to have experience in estimation and proposal creation.
- BIW Fixture Concept design, 3D Finish and Creating of manufacturing drawings.
- Manufacturing drawing and 3D design quality Check.
- Solid technical writing skills.
- Project management and other communication.
- Process Study from design (Spot, Sealer, Stud, MIG/MAG etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Solid understanding of Root Cause Analysis.
- BIW manufacturing Process Study - Engineering change feasibility study.
- Good communication skills.

- BE/B. Tech Mechanical
Required Skills
- BIW Tool Design
- Project Planning
- Management and communication
Preferred Skills
- Software: Catia V5, NX, Solidwork, AutoCAD
