We have Job Openings for Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Overall experience should be 8 to 12 years.
• Need to manage team size of 10 to 15 engineers.
• Need to have experience in estimation and proposal creation.
• BIW Fixture Concept design, 3D Finish and Creating of manufacturing drawings.
• Manufacturing drawing and 3D design quality Check.
• Solid technical writing skills.
• Project management and other communication.
• Process Study from design (Spot, Sealer, Stud, MIG/MAG etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Solid understanding of Root Cause Analysis.
• BIW manufacturing Process Study - Engineering change feasibility study.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications

• BE/B. Tech Mechanical

Required Skills

• BIW Tool Design
• Project Planning
• Management and communication

Preferred Skills

• Software: Catia V5, NX, Solidwork, AutoCAD

Experience Range: 9 to 12 Years
