Project Lead/Lead Engineer

Job Description:

ThePersonwill be responsible for tasks such as Product Design, Computer-Aided Design (CAD),VAVE, Sustenance activity on a day-to-day basis.

ThePersonwill be responsible for customer interaction and driving the projects.

Skills and Competencies:

6+ years of Experience in product development, component design, FMEA &, GD&T

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) using Solid works or Solidedge

Knowledge of Plastic Injection molding, Sheetmetal process & metal fabrication process

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge of Agile methodology

Experience of handling a team will be an added advantage

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, including component selection (CPU, memory, power sources, and protection components) supported by methodical design calculations .
• Extensive hands-on experience in Design Verification Testing (DVT) and test plan creation for high-speed and mixed-signal designs .
• Proven experience in new product hardware design , as well as maintenance and enhancement of existing hardware to improve performance, cost efficiency, and production quality.
• Hands-on expertise in design and troubleshooting of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits and interfaces .
• Experience in schematic design, testing, and layout review for memory devices such as DDR, Flash, and SDIO-based memory interfaces .
• Strong capability in reviewing high-speed multilayer PCB layouts , defining layer stack-ups , and providing PCB design guidelines during the layout phase.
• Experience with product certification processes for at least one project (IEC, CE, UL, BIS).
• Hands-on experience in high-speed board bring-up , design debugging , and failure analysis .
• Experience in testing and validating communication interfaces including RS232, RS485, IC, SPI, USB, and Ethernet.
• Design experience with RF / IoT hardware modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, GSM, LoRa preferred).
• Working knowledge of FPGA and ASIC design methodologies , implementation, and testing.
• Knowledge of low-power and high-power AC-DC and DC-DC converter design and testing .
