PM Concrete Works (Project Lead Level)

Experience Required: 10-12 years | Level: Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution

• • Develop comprehensive concrete work schedules and milestones

  • Coordinate with design teams on concrete specifications and modifications

  • Manage resource allocation for concrete operations across multiple zones

  • Interface with clients and stakeholders on concrete-related deliverables

• Team Leadership & Management

• • Lead teams of 50-100+ concrete specialists, engineers, and workers

  • Conduct performance reviews and capability development programs

  • Resolve conflicts and maintain team productivity

  • Mentor junior project managers and engineers

• Quality & Compliance Oversight

• • Ensure adherence to IS codes, ACI standards, and project specifications

  • Implement quality control systems for concrete mix design and placement

  • Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and consultants

  • Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions

• Technical Excellence

• • Review and approve concrete mix designs and method statements

  • Oversee complex concrete pours including high-rise and specialized structures

  • Troubleshoot concrete-related technical challenges

  • Implement innovative concrete technologies and methodologies

• Commercial & Risk Management

• • Monitor budgets and cost controls for concrete operations

  • Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor performance

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to concrete works

  • Prepare progress reports and commercial reconciliationsRequired Qualifications

  • • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; M.Tech preferred

    • 10-12 years in concrete construction with 5+ years in leadership roles

    • PMP certification preferred

    • Expertise in high-rise construction and mass concrete works
