Project Lead

We are looking for a Project Leader who will play a pivotal role in driving our enterprises transition toward a Digital Enterprise . The role demands a blend of strategic understanding , hands-on execution , and cross-functional collaboration to identify business bottlenecks and design AI-driven solutionsespecially leveraging Conversational AI, automation, and intelligent analytics .

As part of the Enterprise Digital Transformation team, you will work closely with corporate functions (Quality, IT, HR, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Admin, Procurement, etc.) and delivery teams across business lines to conceptualize, manage, and deliver impactful AI initiatives that enhance productivity, decision-making, and user experience across the organization.

Required Qualifications - including education and experience

• 45 years of total experience with at least 2 years in project management, digital transformation, or AI/automation initiatives .
• Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, chatbots, automation tools, analytics platforms) and their enterprise use cases.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments , driving alignment between technology and business teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills able to interface with senior leaders confidently.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end delivery of multiple projects using agile methodologies or structured PM frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to enterprise systems (HRMS, ERP, CRM, etc.) and process digitization is desirable.

Roles and responsibilities - What the person will do after joining Intellect

• Lead AI-driven projects from concept to implementation including requirement gathering, scoping, prioritization, delivery, and adoption tracking.
• Collaborate across functions to identify process inefficiencies and design intelligent solutions using conversational AI, NLP, process automation, and predictive analytics.
• Interface with technology and business teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure smooth handoffs for development and testing.
• Manage project plans, sprints, and dependencies , ensuring timely execution and alignment with transformation goals.
• Track KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives and prepare progress reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure change management and adoption , driving awareness and training sessions for business users.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends , evaluating their potential application within the enterprise context.
• Support creation of project documentation, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership reviews.
