Project Lead - Heritage

We are #hiring for a leading foundation!

Responsibilities:

- Support the development of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential heritage projects.

- Collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and community stakeholders to build partnerships & fund-raising opportunities.

- Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, NGOs, and other relevant entities

- Oversee the day-to-day execution of heritage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies

- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.

- Identify and procure necessary materials, equipment, and human resources for project management

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

- Provide regular updates to the leadership team and other relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure that heritage projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

- Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve project outcomes.

- Develop and manage project budgets in collaboration with the finance team.

- Monitor expenditures and ensure fiscal responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

• Master's Degree in Heritage Conservation / Cultural Studies / Archaeology
• 10 - 15 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in heritage preservation or related fields.
• Strong understanding of cultural heritage, conservation principles, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
