Key Responsibilities

Track projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope and timeline.
Provide comprehensive solution that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Coordinate across multiple in-flight programs, and in collaboration with cross-functional Partners.
Define and analyze problem statements and translate into tangible solutions.
Own end-to-end implementation projects including assessment, planning, project management, execution and evaluation for third party vendors.
Analysis and prioritization of alternative solutions to drive results.
Monitor and communicate performance of implemented changes to support adoption.

Role Proficiencies:

6 - 12 years in tech experience in executing complex projects andapplications in Retail lending specifically in Finnone CAS
Strong in communication, orientation and stakeholder management. Should able to represent IT with senior business leaders.
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Should possess the ability to do the activities listed below
New technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes
Participate during requirement gathering
Write technical requirements from a critical phase
Interact with vendors to understand and execute the project
Assist programmers during system development, ex: provide use cases, flowcharts or even database design
Responsible for system testing (SIT, Performance, security testing)
Responsible for designing components and providing that information to the developer.
Monitoring system compliance in accordance with IT policy standards.
Evaluate alternative solutions to business problems and select preferred solution. Justify selection.
Working experience/ Awareness in some of the following technology skills:
Finnone CAS working experience is mandatory
Hands on in Oracle PLSQL / Web services integration

Operating Systems: RHEL, AIX, Solaris, Windows Servers

Please Note: Finnone CAS experience is a must
