Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Project Head to lead and deliver high-profile construction projects in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks .
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive project success.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and building codes .
• Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks during the construction lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
• B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end delivery of IT campuses, IT parks, or commercial building projects .
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
