The Project Lead will oversee endtoend execution, coordination, and delivery of a luxury 5star hotel project, ensuring design alignment, quality standards, stakeholder coordination, and timely completion. The role requires strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary interfaces within a challenging hillterrain environment.

About the Role

• Lead complete project execution from finishing to handover, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and timeline commitments.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and progress dashboards.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior, faade, and landscape teams to drive aligned execution.
• Manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, resource allocation, and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular site reviews, quality inspections, and risk assessments to mitigate delays.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Present project updates to senior management, architects, and client stakeholders.
• Drive timely closure of snag lists and all finishingrelated activities.

About You (Key Selection Criteria)

• Strong leadership, decisionmaking, and teammanagement capabilities.
• Expertise in finishing works, luxury hospitality standards, MEP coordination, and highend interior execution.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Prior experience in hillterrain projects or hospitality developments is an added advantage.
