Project Lead CSA

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced CSA Project Lead with deep expertise in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) execution for large-scale Data Center projects. The role demands strategic leadership, technical excellence, and end-to-end project delivery capability in mission-critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete CSA scope for large Data Center projects from design review to execution & handover
• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Architects, Contractors & Vendors
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and safety norms
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risk and cost control
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and cross-functional coordination
• Manage value engineering, constructability reviews, and change management
• Oversee structural integrity, finishing quality, and architectural compliance
• Participate in bid strategy, technical evaluation, and proposal reviews
• Deliver project milestones within committed schedules

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven leadership in Tier III / Tier IV Data Center CSA projects
• Strong knowledge of civil structures, building codes, seismic norms
• Experience in high-rise or mission-critical infrastructure
• Vendor & contractor negotiation skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
• Ability to manage multi-crore budgets and large teams

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• PMP / PRINCE2 / equivalent certification preferred
