PROJECT LEAD – AGRICULTURAL PROJECT IN INDIA (M/F/D)

Minimumrequirements:

• Completed university degree
• At least 10 years of professional experience
• Proven leadership experience in international projects
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Excellent written and spokenGermanskills
• Regional experience in Indiaor South Asia(minimum 2 years)
• Demonstrated experience working with both public and private sector stakeholders in agriculture and agricultural trade in India

Additionalqualifications/experiences, which will be considered favorable:

• Academic background ineconomicsciences,agricultural sciences, political sciencesorinrelated fields
• Experience inagri-product development, marketing, and export promotion/international agricultural trade
• Relevant knowledgeindatabased agriculture, artificialintelligenceanddigitization/digital applications in an agricultural context
• Sound knowledge ofthe German food and agricultural sector(including retail and wholesale)as well asa good network
• Ideallyknowledge of the Indian food and agriculturalsector as well as a good network
• Track recordinfacilitatingeconomic cooperations
• Experience in international cooperation, preferably with government institutions and private sector stakeholders
• Several years of management experience in complex projects
• Diplomatic skills and familiarworking withhigh level governmentinstitutions
• Familiar with accounting procedures, administrativeprocessesand regulations in connection withpubliclyfinanced projects or willingness to familiarize yourself with it
• Hindi language skills are an asset
